Description of General Responsibilities

Purpose of Position (Cascading Goals for the individual employee):

• Provides technical leadership and guidance in support of various third-party applications (eg. FM Interact, AiM Asset Management, FMD E-Planroom)
• Provides program support for the FM Interact and AiM system(s).
• Coordinates future developments and improvements with other technical and administrative areas.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing web applications using Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, and similar programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL database programming, including MSSQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Demonstrated experience with FMInteract, AutoDesk FMDesktop, OfficeSpace, or similar space management software.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing, particularly with regard to the development of manuals, procedures, instructional materials and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment to achieve individual and team project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education/training: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline, or some years of equivalent work experience.
• Licensure, registration, or certifications: ITIL Foundations, ITAM Foundations, other technology-specific certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students to provide technical support, consultation, and training for client / server systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create and follow project plans, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with computer-based multimedia products and web applications.
